Found gorgeous tiles for our project here. Simon was great - really understood what we were aiming for and couldn't have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend and will certainly use them again in the future.

Really helpful staff. We went there to get some extra tiles for our bathroom, as the Canterbury branch didn't have them in stock and we needed them straight away. The guys were really nice, reserved them for us overnight, I called with no idea to the range name and they sorted me out based on description.Next morning, turned up at 7:30 am and they helped me put the tiles in the car with a smile on their face, even if it was pouring down with rain and early morning.

Bought a 2 kg bag of grout and 1 x 20kg bag of adhesive brands I know and use the price total was £35 when I said I have a trade account hoping as a trade I would get a discount they scanned my fob and said £35 what is the point of a trade account??? Also I buy these products from other suppliers so when I went to lilley tile and stone in herne bay they charged me nearly £15 less than tile giant. Profit and some from tile giant, I will not be used them again and I recommend anyone go to lilley tile and stone they look after trades people and non trades people and don't rip you off.

I've just telephoned Tile Giant in Thanet, speaking with Alan.Having looked for local tilers via a google search and finding lots and lots of intermediary companies, I thought I would go straight to a tile company.Alan was great: provided a number of recommended tilers that all appear to be independent, complete with their telephone numbers i.e. Alan has provided numbers of local trusted people without apparent gain for himself or his company.This 'nice', honest and decent thing to do has secured me as a future customer of Tile Giant.Alan: a credit.Thank you.Rob

Have recently started using Tile Giant I have got to say how impressed I am with the products and service. AMAZING. More competitive than the nearby stores and really great advice inn on products they sell.If you want great tiles at a fantastic price I'd strongly recommend.

What a pleasure to get my tiles from this store . The staff was so helpful we was served by a lady called Kerry she certainly knew her stuff and really professional . We spent about a £1000 in total on floor and wall tiles and all the other bits that go with it . If it hadn't been for this lovely lady who knew all the products well we probably would if gone away with things we didn't need . So well done Kerry and the guys at broadstairs you really gave great customer service. From a very happy customer

Came in today and saw a new guy called Neil I believe.You could have sworn this man was working there for years.His knowledge and experience was very good.I left the store very happy and will return next week hopefully to see Neil.

I have been using this branch for several projects. All the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about their stock and patient with novice house restorers (like me). They put themselves out to find what you want and do it with good humour every time. I feel confident to go there knowing they will do their best to help me get what I need and put it in the car for me! Thank you very much
