This guy is a master with his hands. Able to break down the tightest areas in my body and work into all the areas of tension in my body turning what feels like stone into softness. Very Impressive, personable and bespoke. Thank you so much and will certainly be back!

After only just a handful of sessions Angelo has managed to start putting right all the years of neglect I have put my body through. I have lost a stone in weight in just over 6 weeks with his diet plan, he has reduced the back and leg pains I have had for far too long, as well as teaching me methods to increase flexibility and improve my posture. Like most things, improvements don't happen over night, but, BodyMindSpirit-Coach CAN MAKE THE DIFFERENCE !
