Sorry to see some poor reviews. I've always found them very helpful. The admin staff at my GP's surgery are beyond inept and I have often been helped out by the pharmacy staff at tesco. I used to go to Lloyd's at Woodseats but after they moved from Abbey Lane and changed their staff they became unbearably poor, with a bad attitude to boot.

I've found them slow and rather dismissive on the several occasions I've tried using them. There are other pharmacies in close proximity which provide a better service

I turned up 10 minutes before closing, in hope of getting the medicine I'd just been prescribed. The staff member was lovely, friendly and polite and helped me get what I needed. Thank you so much. It's much appreciated.

Often unable to get meds that other pharmacies stock routinely, staff curt and abrupt, no interest.
