I had ground-floor ceiling leak. Three other plumbers told me that my upstairs shower was leaking, which was not the case. John actually followed the source of the leak to the roof and was able to fix it right away. Highly recommended.

Boiler broke down no heating or hot water for 3 days. Let down by another firm John came out same day and diagnosed problem (water pump) replaced and heating working with 2 hours. Professional and efficient service. Highly recommend.

Asked John if he could fix a toilet cistern and overflow. He said yes no problem. Refitted the toilet handle while he was at it and a kitchen tap too.Very quick service and very reasonable price. Thanks John and also to John Defty for the recomnendation.
