Placed an order, paid £179.00....they are not answering e-mails or phone..Avoid at all costs.......

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered from this company via ebay, sent me a faulty product, which I returned at my own cost to speed up the process of a refund, despite it being their fault. Three weeks later I still don't have a refund, they sent me an e-cheque which hasn't cleared for over a week, despite paying directly using my bank account. Stay away, you have been warned.Update: Upgraded to three stars. It seems PayPal was at fault for delaying the refund by a week. Although it was delayed by two weeks, by Gifts in time and only obtained after multiple calls/emails to different staff.

I advise anyone to think twice when purchasing from this company. They make it very difficult to refund/return faulty products. You're much better off going to a more reputable retailer to purchase your product where you know you can guarantee an honest returns policy.
