My daughter is a runner and she has structural problems with her feet that caused many joint pains throughout her body for many years. At the time of seeing John, we had seen two other podiatrists who were not sure that my daughter would ever be able to run without pain. John conducted a thorough biomechanics assessment and explained to me what her feet were doing and why it was causing so many problems for her. I was given a clear visual of the way she walked and how the weight was being distributed incorrectly. He was able to provide Phit insoles to rectify the issues and she has had the insoles for over two years and not only has she been pain free, but her running has really taken off. Cannot thank him enough!!

I used to struggle from sore shins from running, however after seeing John and getting insoles, the problem has never came back!John is friendly and explains to you what is going wrong so you can fully understand the problem you have and how to solve it.Great service!
