I recently bought a new car from Reciprocal Motors. At the time, I had absolutely no idea what I wanted and was aware I know very little about cars so I was nervous about buying anything second hand. The owner, Jordan was so helpful throughout the whole process. He was professional and helped me ascertain what kind of car suited my lifestyle. Jordan took the time to reach out to me when he found a vehicle he thought I'd like and explained all its features. I felt no pressure throughout the process as he suggested a range of different cars. He also went above and beyond to ensure I had everything set up to drive it away on collection day. He spent time with me that day talking through where everything was in the car before I drove it away. When I collected my car, it was immaculate and had been prepared with such care. He also helped me tax the car on the day and helped me set up breakdown services. I absolutely love everything about my new car and would recommend this garage to anyone who wants a quality car. We purchased a stunning Jaguar 3.0 XFS from Jordan 3 months ago and on a trip to the Lake District the car developed a minor fault. I called Jordan who confirmed it will be covered under the warranty which was promptly resolved on our return. However, whilst in the garage they found a further, more serious issue. A spun main crankshaft bearing. The Warranty Company were called and without going into the financials, there was a huge shortfall which Jordan kindly paid.Would I buy another car from Jordan? 100% yes and I would totally recommend him to anyone looking at buying one of his cars. He not only knows his trade he went above and beyond to support us with our purchase. Thank you Jordan.

A great car sales place where Jordan really knew his stuff and could get technical if required. Jordan knew the cars he had on his forecourt inside and out, plus was quick to point out any issues beforehand and already had the required parts on order. Impressively, Jordan knew about potential or common faults with each particular car, including ours (no modern car is perfect).Not only that, we asked about an optional extra for the car, which Jordan knew someone and was able to get fitted for a reasonable extra price before we collected the car.Also, Jordan was quick to respond after we purchased the car and gave great after sales support.Would highly recommend as Jordan was a down to earth, not a pushy salesman and a real pleasure to speak to.

I recently purchased a BMW X5 from this garage. Jordan the owner was great with no pressure to buy and was very helpful with my new car as I had never owned a BMW before. He helped with taxing the car as well before I left. I asked if there was a second key for it and Jordan said he was in the process of getting a new key ordered. So after a week or so I asked him if he had any luck with it and after a couple of hours he had an appointment to get the new key coded to the car for me. Overall a great experience buying from this garage and would recommend Jordan to buy good quality second hand cars.

So I have waited four months before writing this review.Customer service is second to none but more importantly is the vehicle I purchased.I honestly don’t think I could have found a used Mazda CX-5 in better condition inside and out, that has been maintained to such high standards and with full service history as well as low mileage anywhere else, which is a credit to Jordan for the high standards he sets at Reciprocal. I won’t be looking elsewhere for my next car.Highly Recommend!

Jordan was super helpful when I went in to look at this car! He knew a lot about the car and had a clear interest in all the cars in the dealership. The car was missing the spare tyre, but he ordered one and even had it delivered straight to me. Great service and I have no regrets buying a car from Reciprocal Motors!

Recently bought a fiesta for my son from Reciprocal Motors. As we were based in South Wales, Jordan was very accommodating right from the offset by taking a video walkaround of car, photos, sharing service history etc before we made the journey down to view. The car was excellent as described and a couple of months in some minor repairs was done under warranty without question. Can't recommend this professional and friendly dealership enough and would definitely use again.

How buying a used car should be-I enquired about the car, asking for additional photos, and Jordan came up with the goods. I live some 150 miles away so personal inspection was not really practical.Having checked the car's history using third party services, it looked genuine and Reciprocal Motors were more than happy for a Click Mechanic full inspection which was duly completed and passed with flying colours.Excellent delivery service from Nathan had the car outside my house three days later. I'm extremely pleased with the car which was excellent value for money.I thoroughly recommend this trustworthy no pressure sales company.
