Canford suspension bridge
This area has really improved over the last few years a lovely place for a walk. In the summer swimming and paddle boarding a great place for a relaxing afternoon away from the heat.

Lovely open space to relax, walk, cycle, jog etc. Parking on the main road and a very short walk to the suspension bridge which the kids enjoyed walking across. Quite a few spots where you can get close to the river edge and enjoy the scenery too which is nice.

Love this place but it is not suitable for buggys or prams. Anthing/one over half a metre wide won't fit through the opening of the bridge. But once you get across it is beautiful

Such a beautiful view. This is a lovely place to visit during a walk. Just a short walk down from on road parking, be responsible and respectful of the people that live nearby. Look at for the kingfishers

On the River Stour Canford Magna is a tiny village with an ancient church. We were doing ancestry research and although none of the houses fitted the time period we were investigating, the scenery and church were monuments to the past
