The worst experience ever I took my concerns to the manager and he went again my complaint . I politely said to the man next excuse could you please not talk and got told to shut up. Manager supported that behaviour and just apologised. Very small cinema broken seats. Yeah won't be going back.Also whilst voicing my concerns I got told what you experience happens during every bollywood movie he said he's seen it I said no it doesn't, odeon birmingham plaza is absolutely amazing, politely staff and excellent service. Will go back there again made a mistake going to the odeon in new street

I love the atmosphere of this little cinema. Never too crowded, fair ticket prices, great location. Popcorn is always fresh and tasty. Very friendly and professional staff, which makes me feel comfortable to go back there.

Just watched movie in screen 8, My TV screen is bigger than this screen. Worst experience ever in my life. Smallest room with max 20-30 seats. Waste of money and time.

Birmingham's Odeon is a respectable theatre. It's okay in terms of screen and audio quality. The popcorn there isn't very good. But the beverages were good. Budget-friendly tickets are available, and the venue was generally tidy. The service was okay as well.

Smelt awful as soon as I walked in. It smelt like urine. The sound quality is too quiet and people constantly talk throughout the whole film.Bad experience never coming back.

Seats are not that great , screens are very small. Not much options for food and beverages and whatever they got not good quality popcorn. Only the membership deal is good and the location does its job to get in more customers. Else nothing in there to highlight about

I used to visit this cinema quite a lot with my mates in the late 1990s, so for the sake of nostalgia, I thought I'd take my wife here. I will never hear the end of this.The screen room we were in was incredibly dated and underwhelming, so in a way, I got more nostalgia than I bargained for! We were there to watch a film with a 3½ hour runtime that had been out for 11 days. Around 1 hour in, the film began to freeze and pause, eventually crashing. Not dissimilar to a buffering stream.We were given the option to either stay in hope of them getting it going, or leaving and accepting both a full refund and guest passes. Everyone in the room opted for the latter. The passes are good for imax showings in better Odeons, so I was happy with that, despite not seeing the film.Staff were great, can't really fault their service and they handled the situation well. They'd also offered my wife a lot of freebies for films unrelated to what we were watching, and this was before we'd gone in to the screening. I doubt I'll ever return to this branch though.

Coming with my son, we love our time spent here. Costa with fresh coffee and cakes, Odeon with hot dogs and popcorn.Perfect for spending a few hrs and watching a good movie.
