Have been keaving the vehicle in a busy residential street where locals have not enough parking space. Issue now has been resolved.

Absolutely terrible. The most complicated, difficult and frustrating process in order to try and get a car booked. I was urgently trying to sort for a move I was doing, didn’t work for several reasons and had to keep ringing, only for my account to eventually get suspended and was told to send an email, the day I needed to move!! Waste of time, do not use.

Dreadful - how difficult is it to sign up to a service? Previously signed up to E-car Club which was taken over by Ubeeqo. Thought would be a simple transfer over.... er no! still waiting to be validated and have no access to vehicles.

Car was not where it was supposed to be, was located miles away. Then I was unable to get into the vehicle despite being on the phone for 1 hour with them. Ridiculous so many better car rental companies out there

This company has a long way to go. Their app kept freezing, called up customer service, they blamed it on a virus,uninstalled app, re installed app, and guess what same issue! Really not worth the hassle zipcar n enterprise may cost a little more depending on car but at least their reliable!

Very poor customer service.On one occasion a vehicle was hired out of working hours. Couldnt open the vehicle and couldn't get hold of customer service to unlock the vehicle due to the office open hours. Surely a 24 hour rental service should have an out of hours helpline!Another occasion successfully rented a van. Returned it and parked it perfectly legally. 3/11/21.The vehicle received a parking fine the following morning due to the bay being suspended from that day (4/11/21).They sent me an email notifying me that a PCN was received and as I was the last person to use the van I am liable. Explained that when I parked the vehicle the parking suspension was not in force and that I am not liable for the PCN received 24 hours after my booking ended. They replied and rejected my appeal. Proceeded to take £130 + £40(admin fee) from my account. £170.They won't speak to me on the phone regarding the matter and don't reply to emails. Outrageous!Will be going to small claims court if they don't refund me.

They have some good and friendly customer service advisors but the way Ubeeqo resolves customer issues/complaints is an absolute joke!!I cannot access my account because they've said my account is under investigation (since the 3rd of July) for God knows what. They can't give me any info at all regarding why am I being investigated for, which makes me feel very uncomfortable, as I know I haven't done anything wrong.Everytime I call them up all they say is that my account is under investigation but they do not have further information, and I'll have to wait 5 working days for the operations team to email me or call me (it's been 33 working days now). I also emailed them several times but they aired me.So glad I changed to Zipcar.

this company is a joke and should close down zip & drive now is much better and easier to activate. customer service doesn't exist been on the phone for over an hour 2 days straight trying to activate my card. Didn't end up going where i needed to go. Ubeeqo is a big flop and a disaster. would highly not recommend to anybody. you will only be disappointed. not as easy as 1 2 3 more like never. if i could 0 stars i would :(

Absolutely rubbish. I’ve never had a smooth experience with them and they cancel on your booking without notice. And once the issue escalated - they just suspend your account. Just don’t.

The worst company I ever used. Be ready to pay a triple price!!!! Never ever!!!
