Porthcawl Marina is undergoing a revamp and I like it a lot. It is nice to see that the Life Boat Service has been brought more to the forefrontNo longer isolated and rightfully recognised.Restaurant facilities here are good. A new green has been added with sheltered seating area. Changing rooms, toilets too updated.Modern decorative metal screens great.

Lovely area to sit , and for once it wasn't windy , new area built looks great but all cafes or bars , not my taste to many cafes around now .

Lovely place to spend an hour or 2, the visit to the lifeguard station was worth the visit alone.cant thank the guys there enough for the time they spent chatting with my little boy telling all about the boats and all the other gear

Just got back from a brilliant time at porthcawl we stayed in the marina on my boat Believe for five nights .It was so friendly in & around there the staff where so helpful especially Sam the pour girl never stopped over the time she was thereSo I want to say a big thank you to Sam for making our say much more special & looking after us . We will be back

Picturesque beach spreading along the coast, with a walled off raised path to walk along. Stunning views, and even when the water is choppy, there is still plenty to look at. Limited free parking along the roads with a pay and display car park as well. Plenty of ice cream shops, fish and chips and even a reasonably priced fun fair.

I have not been here for a few years. I thought I would take a drive. Shocked to see all the work going on. I was chatting to a chap down there and he was saying the fairground is going. They are going to build a big store in salt lake car park. There was so much being changed there.

A lovley harbour in the town of Porthcawl and got lovley boats and a stunning view of the lighthouse and fantastic scenery and views my 4th time visiting Porthcawl Harbour and looked at the boats
