I have been in here a few times, I came in today to get coils for my aspire pockex. I showed the sales person my device and even unscrewed it to show her the coil but after I had tapped my card I realised she had sold me the wrong coils. She looked for the correct ones to swap then realised they didn't have them, then fumbled around for 5 mins trying to process a refund. She then asked me if I would take it in cash although I paid in card, I said yes. She then asked if I was a regular, and when I said no she told me she was no longer going to give me a refund. I told her I had shown her the device and it was her that has given me the incorrect coils - she was extremely rude and humiliating whilst other customers were there and told me she wasn't going to talk to me then served other customers, while talking over me. I had to stand in the store and ring customer services to get them to issue the refund. This was extremely embarrassing; never have I been met with such disgusting attitude from a shop worker.

I’ve been going to this store for a while now and the service is brilliant , especially the manager Donna.Donna always helps me in assisting what I need , Whether that’s a question or a product in general! She goes above and beyond. Always a smile on her face.Decent prices, full and varied Stock at all times.
