I sent pictures and measurements, so a site visit wasn't necessary to produce a quotation. The barrier was installed quickly and efficiently and it happened much sooner than expected, so I am extremely pleased. Sandie, Lance and his mate couldn't have been more helpful and were a pleasure to deal with. Lance has a keen eye for detail and the finish is excellent. The proof of the pudding will be in the eating, but I have every confidence that it will do what it is expected of it.

Sandie and Lance have been fantastic from the beginning. I contacted them with an idea for an off center split gate to fit out drive. They were happy to take on the challenge and were great to work with to develop the design. When it came to installation Lance was great. The install went off without a hitch and finished a day early. The standard of the work is impeccable. The gate is not just functional but also a thing of beauty. I would highly recommend FloodStop, Sandie, and Lance.

Having trawled the market I chose this company because the products they offered were appropriate for my needs. I have outward opening doors and the Nautilus 400 works in this environment. I found the company extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of selecting the right product and the preparation needed before installation could commence. I was even able to speak with their fitter, Lance, who gave me sound advice on the products needed and the process of installing the flood protection.. Having taken delivery of the products my confidence was reinforced, sturdy and very well engineered. I installed these myself for four doors, one being a pair of garden room doors. The instructions for installation were perfect. They are fitted, water tight and I am have to say the, very pleased. Well done Bob and of course Floodstop. It was not difficult, my only stress was 'what if I got it wrong?' Let's hope I don't need to use them in anger! So to speak. All round a fantastic service, product and I feel safe. I won't bother building the big boat.

A superb level of customer service from Sandie, she is immediately responsive and understood our requirements for flood defences, having been totally devastated on our whole ground floor in July 2019. We have installed The Nautilus 400 flood barrier system at 4 x doors and 1 x front gate which integrates well with the right colour choices - an important extra to consider when you live with them every day. We went belt and braces on post heights heights but we hardly notice them now. Great job Lance and his colleague who did the install, I'm about as fussy as they come for a customer.Not tested in anger yet, and hope we never have to; but so glad we can rest easier.Amanda and Ian.

Floodgates fitted to my drive to prevent times when very heavy rain water comes down the road from a slight hill and turns into my drive looking for a lower area. Floodstop's Lance made a site visit to discuss and measure, gates subsequently installed on the date agreed and on time despite some rain preventing certain work. Lance's attention to detail and experience have produced a brilliant job, the new gates look exceptional. Thanks to Lance and Sandie in the office for a really professional experience.
