Firstly a very quick response to phone call. I was asked for info on problem and details of machine etc ( door handle had broken).Part cost and delivery time to be found out and Chris phoned back in 10 minutes with a price and when repair would be done. Very happy with price and time agreed. He kept in touch with arrival time and was here when he said! Mask on at all times, quick efficient workmanship, and a really nice guy! Will definitely be recommending! Thanks

After contacting washing machine repairs Glasgow, they replied with the hour and arranged an appointment for the next day. The engineer arrived on time wearing a mask at all time. He was friendly and very helpful. My machine was fixed within an hr. Excellent service. Will definitely use again.

Called as my washing machine was leaking. Spoke to Chris and made an appointment in 3 days time. The day came and no contact from Chris. I called 4 times and left numerous messages but no reply. Don't make the mistake of using this guy. Totally unreliable. *Edited after reply* unprofessional response to a legitimate and accurate review. If that's how you want to conduct your business then crack on mate. Stay away folks.

Very impressed with the excellent customer service we received from Chris at Strathclyde Domestic Repairs. The correct part was ordered for our repair and was fitted on the day it was delivered. A very slick service indeed.

I think the main thing for me was I trusted Chris to tell me honestly what was needed and he didn’t just do a ‘quick fix’ but did his best to source the issue and try his best to repair my machine. It’s not the first time I have called him and he would definitely be my go too if I have issues in the future. Took care to cause minimum mess and to clear up afterwards. Highly recommend.

Machine broke down this morning and called this company. Chris wasn’t actually working, however still came out to have a look and managed to fix my machine. Great service, very polite, helpful and professional. Would definitely use again and would recommend.

* Update 2 - Text message received AM saying John would be out at lunchtime. He arrived early, got started straight away and my machine was back up and running with no additional parts or costs involved. Had a great chat with John once it was all sorted. Very happy that its all fixed now and that Chris was so quick to sort out the problem with mixed up visit. Would recommend and would use again.* Update - had a call from Chris who apparently had the wrong day to visit in the diary. I'm glad he monitors these reviews and he was keen to put the situation right. Once the repair has been carried out I'll give another review update and give the stars which the company deserves.
