Had lee come this morning to do two carpets in time for Christmas. Absolutely perfect job, carpets have came up like brand new. Lovely friendly guy who couldn't do enough for you. Over the moon with how the carpets have turned out. Will definitely be rebooking again in the future.

Getting a light grey carpet wasn’t that wise. It shows every mark and some of them are really stubborn. I’ve had my carpets cleaned twice before and one stain persisted until Carpet Fresh North East came along. They are the third to clean my carpets and obviously third time lucky! What a finish! They are like new! They won’t put it down to luck, they used different products for different causes of stains and that is why they look like new. Friendly and professional too and didn’t cost the earth. Would highly recommend them xx
