Never had any issues at all, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they always put our dog at ease and he's a nervous boy, would definitely recommend

Not even worth the 1 star IMO!! Horrible vet, no duty of care to an emaciated, filthy, smelly (Infection or would at back end, could hardly walk) stray that was in need of immediate vet treatment. Was looked at for 1 minute & refused any treatment. Receptionist was nice. Will never use this vet brand nor will I recommend!! Heartless vet!!!

We've been with these vets for years now. We're truly happy with the service and professionalism of these guys. From the reception desk to the vets and nurses behind the consult doors, the experience has always been excellent. Special mention today to the lovely nurse Lexi and the vet Jooles whom treated our dog today one more time. Thanks! Keep the great work!

My beloved angel passed away because they had me on hold for so long & didn’t respond, every place I called failed us. But I was on hold here for the longest, I didn’t even get to speak to a receptionist or anything. The line connected And then they instantly left me on hold. They could’ve just answered And said they don’t have any appointments available if that were the case…

I am still on the fence with this place...The receptionist for me let's the whole place down because I feel this is the first point of contact...If the receptionist is on the phone to someone and there is someone that brings their pet, please acknowledge them, don't just continue the conversation and ignore..Just acknowledge them, by smiling and politely say I will be with you in a minute , it's just respect, easy and simple to do , that way you are prioritising the customer ,otherwise you will loose customers

Friendly welcome, clean and tidy, everything was explained well, was happy to leave my cat there knowing she was in good hands. Couldn't think of going anywhere else. Staff are great reception, nurses and vets.
