Have been using this jeweller for several years but won't bother again.Took a watch in yesterday for new battery. Could tell by the assistants attitude she didn't want to bother.Sent me away for 10 minutes and when I returned she said she couldn't get the back off. Always managed before !!I got home and got the back myself with ease !!Bridport noted for great customer service.........BUT not here
