Awful company and awful staff. They lie in order to dodge liability. They never call you back...You have to chase them continuously otherwise they forget". Complete neglegence with the properties they manage. Quick to take you money

Really bad customer service and no response from the staff. Due to company’s negligence my credit history was affected as the company issued court notice for the money I never owed.Please can I have the contact details of the company’s owner.

Denfords became our Managing Agents in 2019. We changed due to an appalling service from previous agents.The service from Denfords has been absolutely outstanding. They are so easy to contact and always follow up on any actions required in a speedy and professional manner. We hold an annual AGM of Leaseholders to which Denfords are invited. At this year's meeting they got a vote of thanks for utterly transforming the look and feel of our property.

Very bad service for the block of flats you manage that I live in. Myself and my partner have had frequent conversations with occupiers of other flats who have nothing good to say about Denfords management at all. You have been contacted about various issues and have responded not giving a care. As well as not notifying the residents of any maintenance that would be happening. We have to find out with consequences to us.I suggest training sessions on customer service at the very least.

Denfords have been looking after my building now for over a year and have been very professional in all communication. Being a director for the building I have to be in contact with be them on a weekly basis. I always get fast replys and they are very good at getting the best price for work. Highly recommend.

I live in the same building as the lady that posted the bad review, Mrs F, and felt I had to respond Denfords have always been exceptional in the way they have dealt with the site with Mr Denford even responding when he was on holiday this year, the issue this lady has is with the lift which needs major works due to its age and she seems to blame Denfords for this.
