Food was lovely lots of choice. Coffee was hot and welcome as it was a cold day. Service was fast restaurant was small but clean & tidy,toilets were cleaned regularly.

We needed catering for our 5 year old party, I called the number and spoke to the manager, he was brilliant, really friendly, gave us a the information we needed. Our food needed to be prepared to a fairly strict deadline and we weren't disappointed , well done!Our guests loved the fantastic sandwiches which looked great and tasted even better.

Door shuts at 11pm but the one guy there rushed me st 10.15pm because he was alone. Don't know how that's my problem. I asked which bread has the lowest carb content, didn't even try finding out. Just said I don't know. Beckton branch

I asked for a 6 inch sub, the bread was burnt and it was falling apart. Secondly all veggies and the sauce fell out just as I was about to eat it. This was also due to the packing as it was wrapped horribly! Also i ordered buffalo chicken and they held back a lot on the filling to the point I had to order an extra filling which charged me more! I had points which I wanted to use to pay for the sub but the lady and the rest of the colleagues didn’t understand English well so I had to pay for the sub instead. Overall the service was poor and slow even though they had 5 people behind the counter
