Had tyre puncture late afternoon on Thursday (not great timing before weekend) and this kwik fit branch, as always, squeezed me in on Friday morning. Dom and his team seemed passionate about their work, had the repair done very quickly. Happily back to the road.

THANK YOU JUNAID!!!Wow! I had a problem with my sharan 69 plate - Tailgate and wiper.I have been so down thinking about the cost etc.. I went around to find who can fix it but no luck. Then I just took a chance and went into this kwikfit branch amazingly this guy called JUNAID sort me out. He fixed the tailgate and wiper problem for me. He was friendly and guys, if you have a probIem talk to him and his manager first. I am very grateful. Thanks JUNAID!!!

Always the best service from the team @ Kwik Fit Hornchurch. Managed to fit me in without a booked appointment due to a screw in my tyre. Puncture repair complete and I’m back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Thank you

Excellent Swift and pleasant service and staff.Extremely reasonable and I was reassured that my vehicles problem would be sorted there and then.. I went in with the exhaust blown. Was fixed in no time! One very happy customer!!

I just went there to fix my flat tyre. There were 4 employees doing absolutely nothing, just standing around in a fully empty garage. I asked for their assistance as it was a 5 minute job but I rudely refused and sent back home with the flat tyre. They insisted that they are very busy and cannot help me. They were rude and had a terrible attitude, reacted agressively to my requests. I do not recommend their services. I am really disappointed.

Your team managed to sort my issue on the same day. When I rang up in the morning they advised that they could have a look, order the part & fix on Sunday. But to be told that they could order it & get it done same day was excellent service. Only delay was in waiting for the part to arrive. Thank you again.
