Scarsdale Vets - Stapenhill

I recently called about a dog of mine to check on its welfare and they would not disclose any information,absolutely disgusting.

We had to say goodbye to our little friend Billy after 14 and a half years of fun and frolics,all the staff were very good and caring

There is some bad reviews about these vets, and I had an issue so took to Facebook too. However the senior vets (once aware of the situation) went out of their way to help me and sort my dog out.I did a complete u-turn on my opinion and now would recommend them, they reassured me, appologised and did everything in thier power to sort the issue. A good example of conflict resolution.If you have any issues, ask to speak to a senior vet.

can't thank the staff enough at this vets my cat willow was taken in he isn't registered there but they really took care of him and did everything they could and he's now on the mend so thank you and well done keep up the good work you do

Where does it start with this place, well I guess it doesn’t because you can never get to see a vet there despite being registered. Your one star is extremely generous. If you want to know how to improve, go to your facility at pride park and watch how they deal with customers and deal with their little patients.You don’t care about your customers and amazing how the reception desk seem to be able to advise you medically on why your dog doesn’t need to see a vet. Overall and in summary, you are pathetic as a business in this particular facility.

Been coming to springfield vets for the last 12 years, they have done wonders with our animals over the years, and when we've had an emergency they have always got us straight in.Our cat was in a rta this week and they got her straight in the reception staff was absolutely fantastic, however the male vet we saw really didn't seem interested and too be honest did not explain anything at all, which I later found out off the reception staff he was a temp vet to the practice explains a lot as normaly everything gets explained very well.The lady nurse that we saw a day later was fantastic spent the time explain everything and telling us what we needed too doo etc and the lady bussiness manager was friendly and very helpfull and understandingWas dead happy with that side of things these guys have always gone above and beyond and that's why all our animals are registered here, they have always helped and always done an fanatic serviceAnd for those reasons I am still giving a 5 star review, the normal vets are always fantastic, reception staff are fantastic and the branch manager is fantastic aswell

Feel like I've lived here the past couple of months with our 2 dogs, always so helpful over the phone, try to get you in when needed and vets are so caring and knowledgeable
