Fantastic security company! We used them for our event on the Norfolk Showground. They safely helped us managed the ingress, egress and general safety of the 4000 plus people on site. I was late as an away supporter at Kings Lynn FC and the turnstiles were closed. A member of the security staff from this Company ensured that I got in to watch the game. He was extremely courteous and helpful which was greatly appreciated

Adam provided security overnight X2 for our wedding, held in a teepee in rural Norfolk. We didn't want our booze and equipment getting nicked! Adam was professional, courteous and polite (and helpfully quick to respond) from the outset. His staff were the same on the night(s) - professional and hard working. I was most impressed how efficient things were at the recent Run Sandringham 10k. Loads of marshalls & sign boards. Water station still well stocked for the slower 10k runners. Marshalling/directing improved since the 5k in June.Comments heard might need reviewing- move the tables at the end further away to avoid faster runners piling into each other; place more toilets & have some between car park and event village.Need to get drivers on to car park quicker to avoid others starting to get cold, however do not delay start of the 10k until 1030 as high temperatures make for runners struggling throughout the course.A bag drop would be most useful as there was one at Northstowe 10k early in September and there was mention of one in information provided initially.

This is the second time that we have hired Phoenix for the annual Woodbridge Festival. Our security officers David, Craig and Chris were highly professional, reliable and personable. They fitted into the site team easily and were very much part of the event's success!

After been let down at the 11th hour by another security company to provide cover to a large sporting event, Adam and his team were able to quickly and effectively fill the gaps. Adam took the time to understand our requirements and kept me constantly in the loop in how he was getting on with the resourcing. Nothing was too difficult for him or the team and he fully understood the nature and operation of events. Phoenix Events were manning the stsrt area at the Boston UK Marathon on Sunday.I have to say that I could not fault them at all, the bag drop and relocation went like clockwork.
