From the very 1st phone all when I called and spoke to Jimmy in sales to having my bike serviced today. My experience has been nothing other than amazing. The sales and service team couldn’t be mote helpful, honestly I have been blown over by everyone’s extra assistance, a true treat to have such a great garage so close to me.Thank you All so very much.Martin

I collected my new BMW R 18 B today from Sycamore Motorrad Witham.The bike was lovely and James who sold me the bike and dealt with the handover was very good.These guys aren’t pushy and I got a great deal on a new bike and a very fair offer on my px.James was excellent and did a great job of answering my many questions.If you want a new or used BMW motorcycle, I would highly recommend Sycamore Witham!

Had bike serviced. Very friendly efficient team, went above and beyond to squeeze me in as my first service came about quicker than I thought (600 mile 1st service) very professional workshop and well trained technicians. Great coffee, lovely showrooms and very accommodating dealership. Lots of new and used bikes available and great clothing department. Many thanks

Simply the best customer service I’ve had, everything was perfect from booking the service via email communication all transparent and clear to arriving to the showroom to pick up my loan bike and dropping off mine, once service completed got a txt and call to update me and throughout the service for additional jobs which I authorised. And on collection everything explained again clearly and book stamped and paper work! This is class leading and beyond my expectations! BMW WHITHAM No1

I was very well looked after by the fantastic Jimmy and also spoke to friendly Jas a couple of times. This is my first BMW purchase and I travelled over 100 miles to get the great deal they were offering on a nearly new F750GS.Lots of stock, fabulous service, really friendly people and a super cafe too.'Cheers guys!'

Went to test ride a bike and spoke to Jimmy. He was really helpful and gave me as much information as I needed on the bike I was going to ride. No pressure when I got back either, chance to go away and think about it.Great service and will definitely be going back to see him.

Steer well clear. The sales staff are great. I have bought from them - but the service staff are clueless. The guy at the reception has no idea at all about motorbikes and gives wrong advice and when their technicians have caused a lot of dangerous issues for my bike by poor workmanship - I get told that Sycamore did not buy the warranties from Cannon so there is nothing they can do. Even though the same staff are working there.Essentially they have no interest in retaining customers and their really poor reputation continues. I've yet to find anyone who thinks their service standards are good.I've been taking my bikes there for service for years. Not anymore. They've lost my business.

Disappointing, Husband rang up today for a service quote on his bike. Witham being his local dealer. Quoted £70.00 more than another Motorrad dealer for exactly the same service. Both main motorrad dealers. Both quoting for the same service. Why!
