PHG were recommended by a family member. They were able to help me out after being let down by another plumber. I was very stressed out by the whole renovation works for my dad who is 81. His home needed lots of work, and they were reassuring and very helpful. They undertook replacement of the boiler, re-siting the mains gas pipe, sited and installed four new radiators which required new pipe work to the system, installed a new combi shower with new pipe work in the bathroom, removed old water tank, pretty much the works. Luke and Ryan were great. All this done in great time. My dad is now enjoying a lovely warm, safe home! Thank you to PHG, I would recommend them and will use again.

I have used PHG on several occasions. The most menial task was determining the source of a leak in the most inaccessible place. The problem was isolated and rectified quickly with minimal fuss. At the other extreme they installed complex pipe work, underfloor heating and a sophisticated heat zoning system. Every person involved was punctual, professional, knowledgable, polite and dedicated. All the services have been reasonably priced. I really could not ask for or expect more from them, and recommend them whole heartedly.
