We chose this place on location and review score. The breakfast menu was quite wide ranging and different to most places. We chose 2 Desi breakfasts instead of a full English and were delighted with the offering. It was spicy, tasty and filling. It comprised an omelette of onion and tomato and cheese along with a paratha ( think Indian restaurant) and a hash brown along with ample baked beans. Prices very reasonable. With 2 hot drinks under £15.So impressed we returned for lunch and had salt and pepper chicken with rice,chips and salad. Also Peri chicken with same. Again excellent value. 2 meals and drinks £17 total.You can eat in or takeaway.Now called Foodbox but quality and value are excellent.Parking available on road nearby or in car park opposite.Try it you won't be disappointed.

Had a lovely lunch here today. The food was great with plenty of menu choice. The jerk chicken was especially good. The salt and pepper chips ( with skins on ) were also very tasty. A & J’s have a high chair so our little one was very happy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. Will be returning to try one of the three choices of breakfast.

Absolutely brilliant service and food. £8.50 for a mega breakfast and the food was spot on. Thank you to the staff for a pleasant place to eat. Comes with a free coffee as well if your near drop in.
