What a wonderful shop with wonderful people. I have recently been diagnosed with Alopecia and the thought of going to get a wig terrified me, but the staff were absolutely amazing, I was consulted in a private room and given so many options to choose from and ended up leaving with the most beautiful wig. I actually left feeling like me" again and my "new hair" looks so natural

I highly recommend Michael Roberts. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the staff go above and beyond for every client. Every visit I've ever made has been an enjoyable one. The staff are always courteous and caring and I've never felt rushed, even when I've not known what I want. They're second to none in their field and knowledgeable beyond belief. Even if you're not sure what might suit you, the staff will. I can guarantee you'll get 1st class service every time!

these guys are amazing. The selection of wigs they have is beyond extensive. They ask for pictures before the customer arrives so they can shortlist styles to ensure the process is as streamlined as possible. Chris who we dealt with, was efficient, knowledgeable, compassionate and above all honest with the product on sale. He didn't try to upsell, he sold what was best for the customer - and i must say the products on sale were fantastic! Honestly, for what was a troubling time for our family - he helped us tremendously. I couldn't recommend these guys enough. Amazing company and i wish them all the success they deserve

Visited very recentily, super friendly staff, you have to book and therefore know you have expierience member of staff to look after you. Christopher was so knowledable and informative, carefully listened to what i wanted, I tried on many wigs, but went back to the second wig I tried on. I had taken my friend with me, and we both knew the moment I put it on it was the right one. Well guided Christopher and Chris the other member of staff who assisted me. Thank you.

If you are looking for a top quality wig then look no further than Michael Roberts.After starting my chemo treatment, I looked online for recommended wig shops and was impressed by the 5 stars reviews so decided to book an appointment. Was greeted by Christine and soon realised we had the total run of the shop; total privacy and an endless choice of wigs were on display. At no point do you feel pressure to buy anything or rushed to make a choice.After choosing two wigs, Chris was on hand to make alterations … you certainly can’t take it to your local hairdresser for a fringe trim. Nothing was too much trouble and Chris made sure I was completely happy with the final result. Everything was explained about the cleaning process and I left wearing my wig.I cannot thank you enough Chris and Christine. They are a credit to the profession and would highly recommend them.

Absolutely great experience buying a wig from this shop. I have just started Chemo and felt extremely vulnerable and emotional at the prospect of losing my hair. This shop was recommended to me through a friend of a friend after hearing about a couple of not so great experiences I had with trying wigs on elsewhere and feeling like I was going to a fancy dress party! - Thank you so much to Chris who gave me her full kind and professional attention in a nice clean, bright environment. I was recently diagnosed with cancer and referred to the Michael Robert’s salon through Macmillan and could not have been more impressed. Chris was so passionate, informative and made me feel so comfortable. As this was my first experience with chemo and having to wear a wig I was a bit nervous but Chris put me at such ease and nothing was to much to ask for. He found me the perfect wig, showed me in detail how to care for it snd also gave it a fresh cut to make it more my style. Highly HIGHLY recommend
