Previously, I would just bury my head to hide instead of facing my financial n personal dire straits. After talking to the local council debt advisor I rang Restons n talked to a helpful lady, Mrs Deloose.Her kind and patient probing into my case followed by her sympathetic practical help have given me a breathing space contrary to my previous misconceptions of 'it will not work'. Tons of thanks.

Slapped me with a CCJ that went to a previous address even though they had my current one, so I didn't know and couldn't contest it.The actual agents weren't that bad. Easy to deal with and understanding.I found it odd that when I got near the end and only had a small amount left on my debt they began contacting me regularly trying to get me to reduce my payments and making sure I could afford the current ones. Kinda like they wanted me to drag it out. I'm all for the concern around people's financial situation but I hardly heard from them at all up until that point.Overall, it wasn't an awful experience. I got myself in the debt so I had to pay it back. If you keep up with your payments they'll leave you alone.

Hi there I must say I have had a good experience with Restons and have been clear with what I had to do and has emailed and kept in touch through out. Not been hassled at all which happens with some companies. And lady was very helpful when completing account and what happens after it's paid up in full. Cheers Mark Davidson.

Case Manager Louise was extremely unprofessional as she kept speaking over me as if I did not know what I was talking about and only shut up when I got annoyed and asked if there was a problem with the phone line or if she was simply dismissing anything I said. Then when I finally got to explain my position and how Restons were not sufficiently updated with my case as Lowell had been with the exact same issue, she remained silent as if she had hung up. I then asked if she was still there to which she replied with, “Oh, have you finished talking?” More proof to me that she was still ignoring anything that I had just told her. This treatment of a caller together with Reston’s apparent lack of ability to keep up to date, does not bode well for their having any client focus or even any professionalism in their work ethics.

The lady I spoke with today was very helpful, compassionate and understanding regarding my account. I only wish more debt management call center advisor were like her.

The lady that attended to me was really helpful. She was very considerate working out. She understood why I fell back on my payments. She took my health issues into consideration. I'll wish NOT to disappointed her efforts in this new arrangement.

The lady I spoke to couldn't have been better..she was understanding, empathetic and explained everything,including debt and charitable agencies such as turn2us.Unfortunately I can't remember her name but I really appreciate her time and consideration today .Thank you.

Although we managed to come to an agreement I would not say that I had a good experience. This company has absolutely NO understanding of what it takes to financially support a family in the current climate and very condescendingly queried why my account would be overdrawn a week after payday. I was made to feel small and degraded.

A very good debt recovery company.Great customer service.Very easy to contact and get through to a staff member.They are very good at helping set up payment plans in order to clear debts.
