My husband arranged an appointment for a diagnostic (a run through and find any problems with the car including tires or even windows) with this company. He took time off work and even asking them to rearrange the slot as we were held back - which they agreed to.Just to be turned away as he got there. You knew that you was going to review an old car, why waste people's time? If you do not have experience diagnosing an old car, just say that and we would of tried other services someplace else.As a mechanic, you couldn't even check the tires (even though it wasn't the problem?). Instead, the person said to my husbandI don't want to damage my £10k machine on your car".For a diagnostic? It was a very inconsiderate thing to say to customers who seek your services for basic help and it was very unprofessional.You could of said "Sorry

We’ve been going to globe motors for all our car needs since 2019. From basic servicing to replacing my stolen catalysts converter, Hussain goes above and beyond every single time! As a solo female who really doesn’t know anything about cars, in the past, I’ve dealt with being overcharged and patronised by mechanics. So I really appreciate the service I receive here.I just had my MOT done for the 3rd year in a row with this garage and as always, great service, fair prices and quick turn around.Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been using this garage for almost 2 years now and I will never go anywhere else to make sure my car is in tip top condition to put my kids in! Hassan the owner is a real gent and knows the business inside out, and better yet he isn’t a rip off merchant! He’s done body work, service and MOTs on my cars and it’s been class service every time.

Went to get an MOT for a car I was trying to sell. Quick and easy to get that done, picked it up the next day. They were friendly, communicated well and were very helpful with advice about selling my car! Highly recommend coming here.

I had a screw in the tyre. They couldn’t help with the puncture because of the position of the screws, so they pumped up my tyre and advised where I could get a new one. We went to their recommended place and had a new tyre on the wheel 20 minutes later. 15 minutes of which was driving there.

I did my Car's MOT today in The Globe Motors. This garage is very nice and organised. Mr Hussain did the test. I waited in the worm office room from where car owner can see the car on TV display. Aircon regas.This was done on the same day following a call enquiring about the service. The owner and his colleague were professional from the initial call, to receiving and then returning my car. The owner also took time to explain what he had done to optimise the air conditioning (given that the systems seals had some leaks due to their age).Globe Motors has left me with a good first impression.

Took my car to globe motors for body repair and they done a fantastic job. My car looking fresh and new just how I got it. They also checked my brakes for free as my car was making a weird nose and was advised promptly. Very reliable garage and nice staff.

It’s hard to find decent honest mechanics nowadays. Globe Motors are diligent and professional. They performed an MOT, full service and new tyres, they explained the work and used genuine parts. Highly recommended! It’s clear they enjoy serving customers and take pride in the work. It’s also great to see how clean and tidy the Garage is too!
