When I first came they gave me a price and then when I came back to pickup the clothes they upped the price by £15 and didn't even bother washing one of the bags. Apart from that, awful customer service, the people were very rude and just sounded like we were inconveniencing them by asking them to actually do their job. Would never go again. I advise against ever going to this place.

I only went to wash my duvet, waited about 20 minutes for the washer I wanted to use, the young girl who works there was polite and helpful, after I loaded my duvet cos I'm short, she put my powder & softener in the top and switched it on, when it was finished she helped me to fold it and get it into the bag I had got with me. It was clean and tidy even with the loads of wash orders that were ready to be picked up

My washing machine won't drain...I visited this Laundrette and the lady (LIZ)..was fantastic,very friendly and helpful...crossing time was due but she allowed me to wash and dry clothes as weather was so wet...Liz you are the best!

Took some bedding and towels in to be washed. The bedding was ok but the towels came back with dirty marks and holes. Staff had hid them at the bottom of the bags.Refused to take responsibility for there poor service and said we had taken them in like that.If you like your hard earned money then take your washing elsewhere.

I paid in advance for my duvet to be dry cleaned, I went to collect and I was asked for an additional £1 but as I had already paid I did not have any money with me. I offered to pay by card but they do not accept them and just kept telling me it was an additional cost which I needed to pay. I will not be returning especially as no prior knowledge that the prearranged cost may be subject to change.

I lost my cloths everytime i gave my clothes for washing and they dont even know about that. worst experience everytime. i lost almost 4 of my clothes. i dont no where its gone. more than worst it was . i checked everywhere but cant find

I came in today to do 3 different loads of washing and this is the first time I’ve gone to a laundrette after so long and I can safely say the lady who works their called Kayley was so helpful and efficient I was very impressed with her not only did she show me how to use the machines she even advised me what would be the best temperature and what cycle would be best to use for my loads she truly is a diamond and definitely deserves all the recognition for her hard work

Lady that working there on Sunday’s, take and hold all dryer for staff use only, customers are waiting for long time for their turn. Very bad service as i seen

Visited laundry to dry washing very clean and reasonable price to dry washing. The lady was very nice and helpful would recommend . VISITED laundry again to dry washing and the lady who works there named kayliegh is so kind and helpful she is asset to have working there nothing is to much trouble for her she always tries to help you if you havent used machines before.
