I would highly recommend this company. Phil is very knowledgeable and gave sound advice about the choice of a replacement boiler to suit my requirements. He fitted it very efficiently leaving no mess and worked extremely hard. He was courteous and good humoured despite the very hot weather. He kept me well informed throughout and has been in touch since to check that all is well. Phil is a professional who takes great pride in his work.

We had a long running issue with our Worcester Bosch Boiler. This had been looked at by another 'engineer' who seemed clueless. Phil from Locate was quick to find the problem(s) and having diagnosed it was able to fix it for us at short notice. He was friendly and helpful and also explained what he'd done. For anyone needing a competent boiler repairer I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Absolutely outstanding service. We were due to have lots of guests over in just a few hours and our toilet started leaking. Absolute panic set in given it is 9am on Saturday. We called so many numbers and were really struggling to get anyone. Thank god for this business! The plumber already had a jam packed morning of back to back calls but moved mountains to fit us in. He was so kind and instantly began to put me at ease - got it fixed and other small connected issues to ensure a proper job was done. Charged us appropriately rather than taking advantage of us being in an emergency. Highly recommend!!

Phil provided an excellent service. He carried out a power flush, fixed an issue with our hot water, fitted a new Wi-Fi thermostat and rebalanced our radiators all within one visit.
