For what is a pretty boring task, the check in experience was unexpectedly enjoyable. This was due to the efficient & friendly natured reception staff. Everything made as easy as possible, it was quick & they even made me a coffee. The storage itself is great - service lift good, variety of trolleys to use, easy access, room condition dry & consistent temp. It's also easy unloading (from a van).

Great service from the team especially Louis and Callum. They helped me work out what size of unit I needed when moving and gave me many options. They helped on price too and even managed to get Callum to help me move some items that I struggled with. Brilliant!
