awful experience. Queues 20/30mins shame the big wigs closed smaller branches in the area as they were more convenient and more helpful. Changed banks in the end and went with Barclays. Much better service

Nothing but trouble trying to login to my account. I am going to change my bank. Fed up trying with this APP does not work half the time.

This bank should be closed Down Iam taking my story to the news papers!! Asking for a replacement card for my business account for months they pushed me into a really bad situation long term disgrace of a bank !!! Don’t touch or trust them with a single penny!

Visited the Telford Shropshire branch, booked an appointment and had a 1.1 with a gentleman who helped me with switching bank accounts and also with myself and my partner setting up a joint bank and savings account, very polite, knowledgeable and helpful as well as being patient with my 7 year old that kept interrupting throughout :) - set everything up as we asked as well as advising us of the first time buyers event which we are very interested in.The gentleman's manager also popped in while he was printing some docs to check everything was going ok and had a nice friendly chat with us which I thought was a nice touch too.We ended up setting up a Lloyds Club Account which gives us 6 cinema tickets a year! Bonus! Thank you Lloyds :)

They are always helpful staff but don't like new idea where you can only pay accounts with cash and any bills being paid is done by member of staff with a tablet seems banks are moving away even further from face to face

Find it infuriating every time I walk into the bank to be stopped and quizzed about what I am there for like I have never been in a bank before. Asked 3 or 4 questions before we reach the same conclusion every time, I am going to the desk. Can't fault any other service but working, busy people don't have time for it. I'm sure its great service for technophobes or some elderly persons.

Lady named Skye wouldn’t let me in at 16:55 to make a deposit, i have told her it is important and i need to do this today and i was still refused.Thats what i mean looking after customers….
