Went in to pick up a parcel, got a couple of drinks said that I had a parcel to collect as well the lady behind the counter ignored me and said how much the drinks were. After I paid for the drinks I said again I have a parcel to collect and she stared at me and said, ‘yeah and?’ Then when I got my phone out to show her the text she took it out of my hand without asking, scanned the barcode, rudely said ‘ID’ and just put the parcel on the counter. No receipt given but plenty of poor service.

They over charged me by a lot,8 pound bottle of wine7 pound magazine6 pound 4 pack of beerThe woman turned to her husband, he whispered her a number and they charged me 32 pounds, I didn’t say anything because I thought I mis heard, until I saw on my bank statement.Awful.
