Excellent, fast professional service with outstanding levels of communication and customer service. Thanks for the repairs to my oven and grill, absolutely no hesitation in recommending DG appliances. Used these guys both for a repair callout and buying a washing machine. Spoke to four different people both over the phone and face to face and they were all great.Everyone is really professional, friendly and good at what they do. Their prices were on par with the major retailers but you get a really pleasant experience with these people.Highly recommend them.

Highly recommended.I bought a washing machine, with additional fitting service and removal of the old one.The sales man wasn't pushing for an expensive machine, he gave an informed explanation of what was available.Delivery and installation team were on time, very efficient and professional, went the extra mile to get the job done.

I recently had an integrated fridge fitted. The service was excellent. Dean the shop Manager was extremely courteous and helpful suggesting suitable appliances. I paid for installation of the new appliance and removal of old and was delighted I did. It was a challenging fit but Chris and Caden worked for almost two hours to ensure it was fitted properly. Their expertise and professionalism shone through.

Massive thank you to John who fixed the heating element in my tumble dryer in no time at all! He was also one of the nicest tradesmen I think I've ever met, we probably could have spoke all day hahaha! Would definitely recommend DG to someone looking for a reliable & friendly service!

Truly awful service, the engineer completely took advantage of my 90 year old Gran, charged £99 to change a fuse in a washing machine.She also mentioned the abrupt manor in which she was spoken to by the engineer. Absolute disgrace doing this to an elderly woman.

Had an issue with damage to washing machine hose. These guys had good communication throughout. Heads up when arriving etc. Dean even looked to level out the machine to ensure proper functioning after the leak had caused some warping of floor boards. Only thing that could have been better would be ordering the part over the phone before the first visit so was all resolved quicker, as the plumber had already identified the issue. Would have saved them time too. But overall good guys
