I had to give up my staffordshire bull terrier beautiful friendly dog couldn't keep her because of moveing I changed my mind about a week later so I called to see if I could buy her back out of the home only to be told they had put her to sleep claiming she couldn't be rehomed because she didnt get on with other dogs I was devastated marie simpson the manager is a horrible person

Fantastic place for Dogs and cats. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had our Skye Terrier Tisha in for a week and he was very well looked after. Highly recommend.

Beautiful facilities and the animals all seem to be well fed and looked after. However I went with my friend and she came out crying because of this one receptionist. She was extremely rude and made us feel stupid by taking down to us for not knowing how to book a place to see the animals. I was completely appalled and shocked at her rudeness. If I was her manager I would have her fired on the spot. Our day was genuinely ruined by her actions.

Don't understand at all. They say re home instead of buying puppys" I've applied and applied and get rejected. Have garden .. work from home had dogs my whole life. Yet the dogs I apply for are still there. Does not make sence to me. Tried for months gave up had no option to buy puppy"

This cat and dog home has been in Aberdeen for many many years I have had 2 dogs from here and they both were great dogs and lived long lives I had a west highland terrier and an Alsation great place.

Do not put your dogs in kennels. Our dog got kennel cough while in their care and they did nothing about it and when I complained, they did nothing about it. No apology or refund. Awful place.
