Not as friendly as people say, prefers to deal with regular " customers rather than anyone else. Didn't have what I wanted ... never even heard of it or wasn't sure what it was after I described it

I have been going to Tight Lines for a number of years, not one of Geoff's buddies but a regular. I haven't fished for awhile but went in today for bait. To say I was welcomed would be a massive understatement and Geoff couldn't even return my goodbye" I was brought up with manners and politeness

I would not advise anybody to buy from this shop the service is appalling and after service none existence I bought a rod next day tip snapped tight lines say your fault go away and don’t come back .terrible attitude spend your money where you going to get treated like a human being

Freindly pepole can give you really good advice on any thing you need to know really nice & polite been there 2 times now and always there's somthing to catch your eye and always help you out with what your looking for and always good on telling you if the stuff your buying is any good or not and will let you no what you can use for good shop I would recommend to other pepole

Always friendly, always smiling and always more than happy to help you.Starting up or at competition standards, he treats all his customers with the same level of respect and commitment.I was an absolute novice when I first when in and felt really stupid for needed to ask the very basics. He ensured me that he did not believe this and set me up with all I needed for a really good price
