We decided to book pretty last minute for the Yorkshire Motorsport Festival & when I called there was literally no availability (obviously as I’d left it too late!) but I spoke with Graham who said ‘leave it with me & I’ll see what I can do’ and he did! What a surprise when he called to advise that he could sort a caravan for us all! He was there on site when we arrived and nothing was too much trouble, we had a fabulous time & would re-book without hesitation. A fantastic service from start to finish. Even posting our forgotten coats out to us & bringing a power adapter! Excellent, thanks very much.

Rented a caravan from Caravanhire-Online for last weekend. It was delivered, set up and ready to go. It was as described. Clean and everything working. Nothing was a problem, our gazebo blew away so at very short notice they delivered one and an awning. Can not give them enough praise.

Hired a caravan from Caravan-Online.I asked if they could deliver it for me to our destination which they did and when we arrived they were waiting with it all set up and even the water butt filled and ready to go.The caravan was absolutely spotless and had everything included what we needed to operate for the weekend.I can honestly say the service was amazing and helpful from the first phonecall.We will be using this company again soon.

After having a house fire in November we needed some temporary accommodation while our home was repaired, our insurance company agreed to us having a caravan on our drive as we had two dogs and didn't want them to be in kennels as long as we organised it, we found caravan hire online and from the moment Graham answered he could not do enough to help us which went a long way to ease our anxiety and trauma after the fire, he deliveredand set up the caravan even bringing an awning for extra room for our dogs , nothing was too much trouble, we had the caravan for 4 months and anything we needed Graham or his wife Emma were on the end of the phone to help.Great company and genuine caring peopleMany thanks

A very good experience with a nice clear website leading to a straightforward booking process. Useful directions (including w3w location) makes finding the yard easy. Thorough caravan feature introduction for those unfamiliar. Hitch and wheel lock included. Caravan towed nicely with no sway or other issues. All fixtures are clean and work correctly. Comfortable bed and seating area. Flexibility around return times was appreciated. No tv included but does have the antenna with booster, so bring your own small tv (like we did) if you want that to be part of your holiday. Very few places offer towable caravan hire so I'm happy I found this one and it turned out to be well worth it. Will hire from again in the future.

Fantastic service! We hired a caravan for 2 weeks recently, it was all set up for us on the driveway, lovely and clean and wiped down before they left due to the corona virus. Great customer service. Would highly recommend.
