Popped in the shop to order cupcakes to find one of the girls working there with her fingers in the mix. Not very hygienic

Home made freshly baked cupcakes every day, staffs are very lovely and approachable

Very unprofessional experience, made an order of 30 cupcakes a month ahead of my event. Turnt up on my collection slot at 12:30pm on the dot to find the shop closed and shutters down. I rang the door bell and the telephone yet still no answer i wait outside the shop for an hour and still no staff. Later that day I continued to ring the phone still no answer so i decided to send a message on facebook well it took 2hrs for a reply which still had no explanation as to what had happened with my order! Here i am 2hrs before my event and no cupcakes or explanation. The company didn’t even try to get in contact with me so if i hadn’t messaged on facebook i’d still be in limbo. Despite paying on card i still had to go into the shop to get my refund which to top it all the staff questioned me about how my event actually went. They then insisted that i took 12 cupcakes free of charge but this is not good enough considering my stressful weekend. Absolutely disgusted with my experience would definitely NOT recommend to anyone!

I ordered 50 cupcakes for my wedding reception, two different flavours, both vegan (plenty of flavours both vegan and non-vegan to choose from) - our guests didn't guess they were vegan, they said they were delicious and I agree! PLC even arranged delivery on our behalf, and staff were a pleasure to communicate with. Would highly recommend for your special event.
