C&D Systems Ltd Apple Mac repair

Absolutely first class. Firstly, I went to an Apple store & luckily the assistant who served me was not still wet behind the ears - he suggested I may not need to ditch & buy a new computer! He told me the website to look on, I found C&D Systems in Westhoughton. Lovely shop, it’s in a small town I’ve become quite fond of. Service was quick, staff very friendly & helpful - & my computer is sorted! Very reasonable price , only a tad more to transfer my backup. I highly recommend this business. Thank you Steve & staff.

100% going to be using this business again for any apple related issues/repairs. I had my MacBook pro go in with a faulty screen and within 24 hours, I had my laptop back looking and performing better than ever!Honestly better service with C&D Systems than I had when visiting Apple Genius Bar in Trafford Center.Excellent service from start to finish. 100% Using again should the need arise.

Carried out a repair on an iphone 12 pro max which turned into a replacement because it was so badly damaged. C&D managed the replacement from walking in the shop to going home with the the phone. Nothing was too much trouble and they even carried our the backups and commissioned the new phone while we'd waited. Would highly recommend a very professional and client focussed service.

Outstanding, professional service. My macbook pro’s screen developed a fault and I discovered this repairer when I went online to book a repair through Apple.Arrived by appointment and everything was done in a very covid-secure way. Prompt diagnosis of the fault, which was a recognised problem and the cost covered by Apple.Dropped it off one day and got a call the next to say it was ready. A new screen and the top half of the clam-shell case replaced. When it died I was expecting a big bill, very happily pleased.They will be my repairer of choice should I have any other problems.(When I googled the location, google maps told me parking was a problem, but just across the road, down a short alleyway is a free car park, so whole process couldn’t have been easier and hassle free).

Top drawer service from these guys today, thought id lost all my files after spilling a drink on my mac. Mike managed to retrieve all my data within 4 hours of dropping it off with him. Really saved my bacon. Will never go anywhere else in future. Far too cheap as well for the service, i would have paid double!

Phoned up with an issue accessing and old macbook. Phoned C&D and was given free easy straight forward advice over the phone and within 5 minutes I had the system up and running again.I wont hesitate to use them and pay for their services in the future after this.
