I think we may have been Vic Walter's first repair since lockdown began. He assessed our broken dishwasher, ordered the spare part and fitted it as soon as it was available. He was extremely professional, responded to all our queries and did a great repair job. I would definitely recommend him.

From my initial phone call to book an appointment I was treated courteously and following a description of the fault with the machine I was given a verbal diagnosis of the necessary repair plus an estimate of the cost. Vic arrived at the time arranged, and fixed the machine professionally and within the cost estimate. The machine now works perfectly. I can definitely recommend this business.

I made an appointment to have an oven repaired. The engineer didn't arrive on time. I called to see if the engineer was still coming, the reply was 'if you are going to rush me find someone else'. Very unprofessional.
