Klear It

We had an emergency and Simon arrived promptly and was a pleasure to deal with. He resolved the issue and communicated clearly with us.

Simon was recommended by 2 of our neighbours and we had just as good an experience. He explained the process and costs of unblocking our 4 story downpipe - and he communicated with the other flat owners. A professional and neat job.

Had been experiencing long term problem with dirty water influxing bath and wash hand basin waste outlets in my ground floor flat virtually every time waste water was discharged from one of the flats above. No matter how often drain clearing chemicals and countless gallons of boiling water were poured down my own drains, the problem would recur, usually within a few days. I contacted Scott Findlay Plumbing who in turn recommended that I approach Simon at Klear It. A few days later Simon came out exactly as agreed (9am on a Tuesday morning in late January) used his remote camera equipment to survey the common waste stack and identified a partial blockage within it. Ten minutes of high pressure water jetting later the blockage was released, the drain ran clear and it hasn't been a problem since - the first time in over 4 years. Simon was very courteous and capable and I have no hesitation in highly recommending him and Klear It for this type of work.

Unfortunately one of the drains in one of our customers garden got blocked at the time we were landscaping it. We couldn't afford to have it overflow after finishing our work so we got Simon from Klear It out to see if he could unblock it. He did a great job and had the drain unblocked in 10 minutes. He did extra flushing of the pipes to make sure all was well. All round very professional and courteous. 5 stars

Fast service with best of tools. Kleared" our drain which had given us issue's for a couple of months. Stuck his CCTV down and found an object catching stuff and reblocking the pipes. Got his Plumber in whom removed the object with a spot on hole guided in by the CCTV survey."
