'mPASTAmu sicilian food

this place is spectacular: it is run by a Sicilian family who recently opened the shop, they are very kind and very warm. I went with other Italian girls and they welcomed us with open arms, telling us their story and how they work to offer customers quality food made entirely by them. they offer a variety of sweet and savory Sicilian delights not to be missed! and the prices are very affordable! absolutely recommended!!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Lovely people who worked there and a brilliant atmosphere, got to watch him make it and chat to him about what he was making me as i’m vegetarian, the man who owned the place was very kind and welcoming and i felt no pressure about what to order! The food was delicious as well, very authentic and perfect balance of flavours, not to mention the incredible desserts!

Simply amazing! A super friendly greeting from the owners and we ordered all of our Italian favourites.Pasta was delicious, made fresh in front of us from scratch and the fresh pesto to accompany was tasty. Arancini Ragu was packed full of flavour and definitely wanted more.Coffee was authentic and strong and definitely hit the spot! Ricotta Cannolis were fantastic - the best we have tasted in the UK for sure! We will most definitely be back!Thank you GiovanniCiao

A hidden Sicilian delicatessen. We had a quick peek in today and the owner was full of passion for his products and shop. All products made fresh. They gave us a little taster of their donuts, Graffa I think, and it was great. We shall be back to try some of the other fresh products they make. Grazie Gio!

An amazing little Sicilian cafe tucked away on a side road, just off the main high street in Poole.The owners are passionate about creating authentic Sicilian delights - both savoury and sweet - and bake them from scratch daily, ensuring everything is fresh!My favourites are the arancini and custard cream filled doughnuts.

A cosy real, Italian, Sicilian restaurant run by a lovely, nice couple who made all the food and desserts right there, right in front of you within minutes after you order! All the food made by Giovanni, the chef and it's really delicious!Good luck guys in the future, definitely will go back!And the best thing is all for pocket money.

Utterly delicious arancini and beautiful cannoli. All freshly hand-made and prepared to order. I’m so excited to have this authentic Sicilian gem here in Poole. Lovely warm welcome and enthusiastic service. Can’t wait to try all the other Sicilian treats!

Beautiful food- properly home cooked and lovingly made. You can tell the owners are truly passionate about what they do. The food was so good it was like being back in Sicily. So lovely to see a family run restaurant with such attention and care in it. We will be back!!!

Absolutely incredible first experience here. The staff are incredibly friendly and the place has an amazingly welcoming setting. With a huge focus on it being a sociable, old fashioned sort of restaurant. The food was incredible. The portion sizes are just right, the pasta I had was hand made and tasted far better to store-bought cheap pasta we are accustomed to nowadays. I can really see that mPASTAmu has a massive focus on capturing the quality and style of old fashioned sicillian food. The pastry is genuinely some of the best I've ever had. Perfectly soft and was served warm (so was absolutely everything we had) The staff are absolutely lovely and we will definitely be back soon. The only thing I even found to slightly hinder the atmosphere was that one of the main lights was faulty and flickered quite a lot, however this isn't nessacarily the fault of the staff at all. I do wish that there will be some comfier maybe even Italian style furniture soon, as the current tables are a bit wobbly, however this isn't a fault of any of the staff and im 90% sure changes will be made to the minute issues" I had with the atmosphere/furniture
