Burger King
Been here a number of times now. Just enough staff to serve the food, but not enough staff to clean the table areas as well. Was only 2 on, 1 serving, 1 cooking. Every time the tables, floors and bins are an absolute state. Will now if going here only ever order food to go.

From the all visited, and I drive up to 500 miles weekly, this one is the most worst. First of all, they never open at the time shown. People are queueing behind the closed door, while staff is walking behind the till or in the seating area, not even looking at the door and the queue behind it.Second of all, their self checkout kiosks (when all the queue finally gets in) are out of order, asking to order over the counter.Third thing, their order screens above are always off, they are shouting the numbers, messing with the order, when some kind of Karen misunderstands 48 and 46, grabs the first one and the order 46 needs to wait more.This was tweeted multiple times, but no improvements. One star therefore. Go to the next at Bognor Regis. There they are taking orders via kiosks, do have a drive through and their order systems are always working.Avoid Rustington Little Chef, unless you want to waste more of your time, after the A259 traffic to finally see the error screen.

The only way to order is via the touch sensitive screen. For hygiene reasons I won't touch these. Eventually the assistant, somewhat reluctantly, entered the order for me. I don't know how someone in a wheelchair would cope as they would have difficulty reaching the top of the screen. Zero for atmosphere as the place was empty.

Went in here, the guy wasn't serving anyone and on his mobile.I went up to him I went to order and he said. You have to order from the machine.I said I don't like to I like to interact with humans and I am paying you to take my order.He said its policy.So I ordered then chose to pay cash. He didn't look happy as he had to get off his phone.I paid cash and waited.Food tasted horrible artificial bland and dry burger.Never again burger King, its embarrassing that fast food restaurants are allowed to serve this trash.

Son had a chicken nugget meal. Very small portion of fries. I had a very basic hamburger that had no flavour at all. No onion, no pickle just cheap mustard. Double the cost of a McDonald's burger with half the taste

A dismal depressing place, not helped by the burger being burnt. I left about 1/2 of meal. Probably my worst Burger King experience. Definitely worth giving this place a miss.

Tables and restaurant was dirty. Tables hadn't been wiped down and floor not swept. Wasn't very busy so no reason not to have been clean.

The food was hot and good. This branch unfortunately don't let you take your reward points from the app to get food rewards which I found out after it took my points off on my app. They still gave me the reward food which was a gesture of good will. I wasn't able to get one of the meal deals on the app that I wanted as the branch said they don't do this one, only some branches do. This was a bit confusing using the app with the self serve kiosks as there was no sign up to say any of this. Got there in the end with help from a worker. Would use normal tills next time for a quicker experience.
