CK Castles & Cheltenham Spa Hot Tub Hire

We have been booking with CK Castles for a few years now. We have rented a hot tub and also bouncy castles. The booking system is so easy to use and confirmation is received immediately. Really reasonably priced also. Castles have always been dropped off on time and communication has always been very good. Collection also seemless. Cannot fault any aspect of this booking and will continue to use CK Castles going forward for all our bouncy castle needs!

Highly recommend! Had to book really last minute, 08:30 on a Sunday, received text response by 09:30 and sorted. Flawless setup, even threw in some mini scooters, which were a great hit and were very pleasant to deal with.

I hired the bouncy castles Combi for my daughter’s 5th birthday. Every one had amazing time , and didn’t sit down for a minute .The castle has been dropped off in time and picked up at the agreed time as well.Very friendly and efficient people

It was my husbands 40th birthday and I had planned a surprise getaway to a lodge with a hot tub. Unfortunately due to lockdown this was cancelled. So I decided to bring the hot tub to us. I hired the weekend Spa Hot Tub Hire from CK Castles as they were recommended to me.Everything was easy to book and communication throughout was great. Carl came on time to set everything up and we were able to use the hot tub the following day.It was easy to use (temperature and bubbles) and our daughter loved the disco lights and music. The Bluetooth speaker was picked up immediately by my phone so playing music was very simple. The hot tub was clean, spacious and the gazebo was large and secure. We loved it.Carl then came on the Monday to clear it all away. Again, on time and completed very efficiently.I can’t recommend CK Castles Spa Hot Tub Hire enough. Such a great price for a weekend of fun and relaxation. We have already recommended them to loads of people and we will definitely order again soon. Thanks for making my husbands 40th.

The best company for what it hires. Fast reliable CLEAN and worth every penny . Carl is a delight to hire from for any occasion. Is straight with you for a call out if there seems to be a problem which there was not !! But the poor man does not stop, 8.30pm.to supply ours then straight out to see to another. You will not be disappointed in his products,prices or customer service

At 7.30pm the night before my daughter 2nd birthday party I got a text saying my booking was cancelled leaving me having to find and pay for another bouncy castle last minute lucky I was able to find something elsAlso took them a whole week to refund meAbsolutely disgusting do not recommend

Amazing company! Had to rearrange due to me putting the wrong date in on the form and they did this with no fuss, bouncy castle arrived on time and picked up on time. Kids absolutely loved it, it made the party! Thank you:)

Impeccable customer service, I was dubious based on a few reviews I had read on here claiming poor service but was massively impressed. Its such an easy system to book it online as it says to do so all over their page. A small family run business that's clearly out and about serving customers, so I understand no getting quick replies, but to my surprise, when you follow the simple instructions on their page, they are friendly, helpful and quick fo fix any problems you have!!I guess we just have an entitled generation now that expect instant responses and think they don't have to follow the same simple booking procedure that everyone else does.I've spoken to them a few times now and want to thank them for their amazing service, especially as they have a baby due in about 4 weeks time, they didn't let me down!!!Highly recommend to anyone having a bash and want it to be spectacular!!
