I had been looking for a pair of shorts and hadn’t intended to go into Timberland but I’m glad I did, the staff were very helpful and friendly without being pushy and the checkout guy made sure I had the right size shoes. The prices were great and I walked away happily with a bag full of stuff!

Amazing customer service. I took my boots back today that were giving me a blister, and swapped them with ease. So pleased as I bought them for going to Ebc and wouldn’t be able to do that with the boots I had without crippling myself. Thank you so much!!

Tried some trousers on, perfect fit. Picked another two pair from the shelf in different colours, got home and found the extra two pair to be straight fit not slim fit. Rang up for advice as I live over an hours drive away, was told to post them back and the correct pairs would be sent out. Posted back Monday received correct ones Friday of the same week. Absolutely fantastic service. Thank you.

Rude scrawny male employee tutted at me and sighed as I looked at a coat I was interested in because he wanted to come past a bit faster, I left the shop immediately I'd sooner get it online where no one tutts. Rude and uncalled for an 'excuse me' would have been fine.

Bought some chelsea boots which I found to be faulty, rang the store before travelling back as I don't live local. They didn't have my size, they took my name and number to ring when my size was available. True to their word I had a phonecall and the boots were put to one side ready for me to collect.fantastic customer service, really impressed with how helpful they are

Bought a pair of waterproof leather boots at half the price. Very comfortable and looks great. As its an outlet they don't always have what you want but they do have some great bargains.

Sold lots of trainers and canvas trainers but I don't know because I have small feet I struggle with different size shoes and trainers
