Helen was there for us every step of the way when purchasing our first house. She was flexible when arranging viewings. Had a very professional and friendly demeanour which made us feel confident in her abilities. Helped us chase other parties when we felt we were getting nowhere. Would recommend to anyone! She came and took lovely photographs and was very diligent on how she wanted to present the property. During the sale process Helen has been both helpful, informative and has kept us up to date every step of the way with viewings, feedback and social media reports.
