All l wanted was a replacement glass for my fire....my goodness the man behind the desk was impolite in the extreme...l was left feeling that it was my fault that he was not going to help me...he really is in the wrong business and should certainly NOT be dealing with the public

I have had a studio 2 gas fire fitted by this company. They do not want to service the appliance a year later as they would not make any money on it! The original sales person Paul was extremely difficult to communicate with ignoring emails as he didn't 'do ' them! Although delighted with the fire I am bemused how this company still manages to stay in business . I advice caution.

Visited the showroom to be confronted with a container of hand sanitizer which was completely empty so we used our own and proceed inside only to be completely ignored. We walked all around the showroom and were actually in a position to place an order on that day. We were not approached, not spoken too, in fact the man behind the counter went out of his way to avoid an eye contact at all! So we left and will be placing our order elsewhere.

Whilst product quality and general internal fitting was good, let down by external work finish. Fitter promised to return to complete small area of mortar on external brickwork with a month. Despite several approaches to firm, promises on completion but not followed through! 6 August 2021 to April 2022 and still waiting!!

Not a great experience, person on service was rude. Room was ironically cold, messy and generally not a great shopping experience.
