Good menu and experienced staff, which appears well trained. The coffee tasted nice and fresh, probably steamed from the preparation. Some add-in, like shops selling clothes and home ornament, makes the shop attractive, providing a wonderfully ambitious ambiance. However, management must check the toilet and ensure regular and follow-up cleaning. To the staff, thank you for your services.

Not a great fan of coffee shops but they are handy for quick work meetings. The server was so friendly to all of the customers. He had a lovely chat with an older woman in front of me who was a, regular customer. Apologised for the wait which was the worst bit and one of the reasons why I don't frequent coffee shops. Good drinks and vegan options to eat and drink.

At costa in NEXT store upper floor I have ordered myself and my sister a coffee which was tasting a bit odd to me and I have Costa coffee very often, most odd taste came from the whipped cream on top which tasted as if it was out of date, other than that everything was just fine, the staff was friendly and climate great where you could do your shopping as you had your coffee
