Great place for Shisha...The people are really friendly well behaved they know various languages...I would have given 5 stars but food was not available as chicken was in renovation and we were hungry at that time but they gave us tea which was really great...ambiance is just like gulf...

Went with a couple of friends they allowed us to play some of our favourite songs. Would highly recommend if you are in cricklewood. The pricing was fair they have a 10 pound menu and 20 pound menu. Great service and good atmosphere

Al Fakher Shisha £14, it was okay but super cheap for London so can't complain!! £4 oreo milkshake was tasty! But idk why we got charged £19, must've been £1 for service charge, idk lol?Next time, I'll come down to try my normal mix, frozen blueberry & frozen raspberry.Comfortable seating area, good arabic music, I think.

Loud and very cheap selection of music, it was so loud it doesn't let you have a proper conversation, but it wasn't only loud, it was also just so bad and a nauseating kind of music. Seatings were also dirty. Not a pleasant experience overall.

I love it! This place is sooo big! It's the second Shisha Garden with the same friendly owners and they're renovating the basement to transform it into a similar vibe as the shisha place they have in Hackney.The owners tell me that food will be served at this location but currently they're also renovating the kitchen too. Honesty a great atmosphere to chill with mates.

Very bad customer service as I went to watch a football game. When I asked the guy if this specific game was broadcasted he approved it. However as soon as more customers came in he switched it. I understand that the majority wanted to watch another game however the waiter said that in 5 min the game I want to watch will be broadcasted. As I went after 5 min to understand the situation the guys did not switch to the wished game and did not even apologized as I went there just to see the game.Very poor service at least clarify it from the beginning as it destroyed my champions league night. .
