We have used Robinsons Darlington branch for a number of years now to purchase and now rent out our properties. They have just helped find tenants for a property and the service from start to finish was excellent. From meeting Suzanne at the property for valuation and photographs to dealing with Olivia and Sally in the lettings department, everyone has been extremely helpful and professional. The team always try to help you and always get back to you. Olivia has been so helpful and super fast at responding to queries, and processing the let, it’s been a pleasure to deal with everyone, a big thank you, highly recommend!

They were able to answer all my questions in detail and explained things I didn’t quite understand about buying a property. They worked very quickly and they were always very friendly throughout. We had so many bad experiences with estate agents in London, in Northampton and then in the Northeast of England. The service is usually so poor and sometimes you have to beg for people to get back to you. Olivia B from the Robinsons' Darlington office is a breath of fresh air. She does what she says she is going to do and she manages your expectations. Isn't that amazing? We spoke over the phone a few times and because I work 9 to 5 we had to exchange more than a few emails. She replied to all emails and the process was surprisingly smooth. We now have a new home.
